User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through our payment processors. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Content Ownership & Licensing
You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. However, by using our service, you grant us:
- A limited license to process your input for content generation
- The right to use anonymized data to improve our AI models
- Permission to display your content as examples (with your consent)
All generated content is original and created by our AI. However, you are responsible for ensuring the content meets your needs and complies with applicable laws.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service to create content that:

- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Promotes illegal activities or violence
- Spreads misinformation or false claims

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicorn Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
